At Driftwood Woodcrafts and Jewelry, our goal is to provide you with high-quality, handcrafted products that bring joy and beauty to your life. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges on ready-to-ship items within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless there is an error on our part.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.

  3. We will confirm your return or exchange and provide further instructions. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will happily replace or refund your item, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please follow the same steps as outlined for returns and let us know the specific changes you would like.
