• Custom Orders: Custom-made items may require additional time depending on the complexity of the project. We will provide an estimated completion and shipping timeline when your custom order is confirmed.

• We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.

• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

• We currently only ship within the United States.

Local Delivery (Greeley, CO Area)

• We offer local delivery within one hour of Greeley, Colorado for a reduced delivery fee.
